Do you have a Little Champ

our little Champs Program is a intro for Fun structured Fitness. this program ranges from ages 4-11,bring your energy, bring yourself. Our 3 plus Coaches will strive to grown confidence in ones self. While learning the basics of boxing, Team activates and Engaging Structured workouts for your little Champ.

Every Saturday 10:30am Start Time(Holidays May Vary)

Group Classes

Enjoy access with a drop in pass or Gym Membership we offer a variety of Boxing Classes. Between Coach Joe, Coach Niles and Coach Khol our classes have a different feel and Structure every time around.

All our Coaches are Skilled in our Sport, licensed coaches,High passionate as well as they all fought for Team DBS.
