Group and Personal Sessions

We offer 4 evenings a week of boxing classes, Monday to Thursdays 6:00 pm-7:00 pm. Our classes are here to give you a 1 hour circuit training style workout and cater to all level of fitness. From beginners learning the basics of boxing to very fit individuals, you will have the chance to push yourself to the maximum with new exercises on a regular basis.


All of our trainers are specialists in different areas and our goal is to give you a variety of professional trainers to cater to your specific needs. All are qualified to give you the results that you desire. This is a new year, let us help you get to your goal.





Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 6-7 pm


April who has experience as a former amateur boxer.

She is also a certified Nutritionist.

April has many years of experience training classes.

April’s class  always has a variety of full body workouts that will challenge everyone.





Wednesday’s 6-7 pm

Leshawn is an amateur boxer and fitness trainer.

The classes he instructs are non-stop and high energy just like he is.

He is very interactive throughout the 1 hour class and enjoys seeing members coming back to participate in his class.
