Sunday, February 2009, Dewith’s Boxing Studio was a proud host of a ”High Risk Youth“ project, sponsored by Ontario Public Service Employment Union (OPSEU).  Among the guest speakers were Mayor Hazel McCallion, OPSEU president Warren S. Thomas, Greg Mcveigh and Peel regional police representative Barry Dolan, as well as the cruiserweight commonwealth games Champion and a finalist in the contender reality TV series Troy Ross.The purpose of the event was to introduce boxing to young people who could use sport to focus their energy in a positive way.
