A Typical Boxercise Class


Our Boxercise class will strengthen your arms, shoulders, thighs, bottom, abdominal muscles and wrists (as women age, the wrists become a vulnerable area making our aerobic boxing a highly beneficial exercise option).  Your instructors will take you through various professional boxing punches during a complete physical conditioning workout that will help you improve your balance, coordination, muscle toning and self-esteem.  Maintain a healthy lifestyle, have fun, and gain confidence in our Boxercise class.
